Homeowners insurance rates dropping

A statewide rate change will see homeowners' insurance rates drop by an average of 12.5% statewide under a change announced this week by state insurance officials

I did not see it coming. It is always cool to hear news when it said about the drop of prices. Especially if we are talking about insurance rate. Still I do not understand why you are talking about economy recover. I don’t see this happening so far. So many things need to be fixed. So if they are not fixed, how can we say that our economy is recovering today? Of course, housing market has been showing some strong signs of a better operation, but it seems too early to talk about the recovery.
