Gov. Jerry Brown announced his proposal yesterday for a balanced state budget for the 2013-14 fiscal year that would funnel more money into K-12 schools and higher education and reform California's health care system.

To my opinion, such social fields like education and health care are extremely important, that’s why the decision to set more funding to these fields is absolutely right. Lots of people are struggling with paying for the education and health care because it takes enough money out of their wallets, so it’s necessary to make it as affordable as possible. It’s good when governors understand how to set a budget prudently and do something really helpful for people. I am sure that such a financial plan can be really efficient.
