San Ramon's plan to bring in retail stores and create transit-oriented housing in a major development near Dublin is a step closer to completion, with a reduced number of potential homes requested by the San Ramon City Council.

Nice plans, but it will never happen, like The Promenade in boring Dublin. There is never the real will to get things done, and then you have idiots like L'Hommedieu who want to block everything and anything.
